Use toys around the house in lots of different ways.
Stacking Cups
Visual Skills-
stack the cups.
Language Skills (Listening/Labelling) -
Colours: lay out the cups and ask “Show me yellow” or hold a cup up and ask “What colour is it?”
Sensory Play-
fill the cups up with water/rice.
Play & Eye Contact-
hide a toy under a cup and give your child a hint to where it is using only your eyes.
