Match the number to the quantity
Here is an activity to work on numbers and quantities. It is a matching activity for the kiddies to do that is easily made at home.
Area: Academic, numbers, quantities, matching
You need: Paper, marker, scissors
Steps to make:
Cut out 10 rectangles and 10 small squares from the paper.
On the small squares write the numbers 1-10
On the rectangles draw a square on one half of the paper and then put dots 1-10 on the other side.
For example the first square will have a number 1 on it and the corresponding rectangle will have a square and 1 dot.
